The basics

These terms govern purchases from Alinfaq Traders (alinfaqtraders.com), operated from Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir, India. Placing an order means you accept them. We keep them short and in plain language on purpose.

Pricing & orders

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of taxes. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email or SMS; in the rare case of a pricing or stock error we'll contact you before charging or ship nothing and refund in full.

Harvest goods vary naturally — weights are net as stated, and appearance may differ slightly from photography.

Delivery

Delivery timelines on the shipping page are estimates we hit for the large majority of orders, not guarantees — couriers, weather and mountain passes occasionally disagree with us. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns & refunds

The 7-day return policy on the returns page forms part of these terms. Statutory consumer rights under Indian law are unaffected.

Fair use & liability

Content on this site (text, photography, grower stories) is ours or our growers' and may not be scraped for resale or republished commercially without permission. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir have jurisdiction. But write to us first — a human reads every complaint, and almost everything is fixable faster than a dispute.
