Alinfaq Traders began with one family's saffron field in Pampore and a simple frustration: the best of the valley never seemed to leave it intact. Middlemen blended harvests, age dulled aroma, and the grower's name disappeared somewhere along the way.

So we built the shortest possible road from harvest to your kitchen. We buy whole lots directly from growers we know by name, pay above market rates, and dispatch within days of harvest — never from cold storage bought at auction.
