Rates & timelines

Most items ship free; where a shipping charge applies it is shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises after the order. Enter your PIN code on any product page for a delivery estimate to your address.

Every order is tracked and ships from Kashmir. We dispatch as quickly as we can — freshness is half of what you're paying for.

Cash on delivery

COD is available on serviceable PIN codes at no extra fee. Pay the courier by cash or UPI at the door.

Packaging & summer care

Glass jars travel in insulated sleeves. In peak summer we hold honey shipments over the hottest 48-hour windows rather than risk the jar.

Missed deliveries

The courier attempts delivery three times and calls before each attempt. You can redirect to a neighbour from the tracking page.

International shipping

Not yet — saffron and honey both attract customs complications we'd rather solve properly than badly. Join the newsletter to hear when this changes.
