What we collect

To fulfil an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and email, plus the items you purchased. Payments are processed by our payment partners — we never see or store card numbers or UPI credentials.

If you browse without ordering, we collect standard analytics signals (pages viewed, device type, approximate region) to understand what's working. No account is required to shop.

How we use it

Order details are used to pack, ship, and support your purchase — including delivery updates by SMS, email or WhatsApp. Your email receives order updates by default; marketing (like harvest announcements) is strictly opt-in via the newsletter.

We never sell or rent personal data. We share only what's necessary with delivery partners (name, address, phone) and payment processors (amount), each bound by their own compliance obligations.

Cookies & analytics

We use first-party cookies to keep your cart and preferences working, and privacy-respecting analytics to measure site performance. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the cart will simply reset.

Your choices

Ask us to export or delete your data any time by writing to support@alinfaqtraders.in from the email used on your orders — we complete deletion requests within 7 working days, keeping only what tax law requires us to retain (invoice records).
