Why hasn't this honey crystallised?+
Acacia is naturally high in fructose, which keeps it liquid far longer than most honey. It will still set eventually — that's proof it's raw, and gentle warming reverses it.
What does 'raw' actually mean here?+
Extraction never crosses 35°C — roughly hive temperature — and the honey is only coarse-strained. No heating for easy bottling, no blending across seasons, no additives.
Is raw honey safe for children?+
Fine for children over one year. Like all honey, raw or not, it must not be given to infants under 12 months.
